Abstract In this paper, an ultrafast high voltage pulse generator based on power MOSFETs delay push-pull structure is designed. The two complementary are connected in the circuit and driven by low-power separately. output high-voltage amplitude +30 V ~ -200 V, front edge back times of 5 ns 4 ns, respectively. width frequency controlled external trigger input signal. shortest 12 maximum operating 100 kHz while load 10 pF. conduction method helpful to reduce dissipation improve reliability at a frequency.
